This year, we celebrated the retirement of John Finnegan Jr., dean and professor emeritus of the School of Public Health. For 42 years, John worked side-by-side with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and partners on efforts that have had, and will continue to have, a profound impact on this school. In the photo below, John stands by his portrait that will hang in the dean’s suite alongside those of every dean who has served our school.
